We hope that you enjoy our products and are satisfied with them. If that turn out differently, we are happy to offer you the following.

 

Storage instructions and use

Make sure you keep the products as befits the product. In any case, do keep a product at home in a dry place at room temperature. Moreover, make sure that high exposure to sunlight, large temperature changes, moisture, grease and dirt are avoided. Please treat the products with care and do not wipe them with a wet cloth. Obviously, you should also avoid any contact with sharp objects and try to keep the product from falling.

 

Warranty

The products must of course be in line with the expectations that we outline on the website. This is called compliance and is also called legal warranty. Unfortunately, we do not offer an additional or extra-legal warranty.

 

Complaints

In the unlikely event that a product is not according to your expectations, we would like to hear from you as soon as possible. We are happy to resolve complaints in all reasonableness. If the product is not in accordance with the expectations that you were entitled to, according to the law, we will try repair or replace the product, or otherwise try to compensate you.

We would also like to hear it if you have any other questions or complaints. In order to process your question or complaint as soon as possible we ask you to do the following:

Send an e-mail to info@unforgotten.photos

Include the following information in your e-mail:

  • your name;

  • the order number of your order;

  • description of your complaint;

  • your contact details, to which we may reply.

Never send a product back without contacting us first. You may then incur unnecessary costs and that would, of course, be a waste.

Solution

After your report you will receive an initial response from us within 7 days at the latest.

Depending on the problem, we can offer you a direct solution, or we have additional questions.

It may be that we ask you to send photos to us first, so that we can determine what the best solution is.

When we have asked these additional questions to you, we will also inform you as soon as possible about the period within which we can offer a solution.
